Friday, December 10 at the Christmas Market in school, dolls made emoticons in the classes of Ms. Halls, School Director, and Ms. Floquet have been proposed for adoption.
Approximately 435 euros have been collected on this occasion, enough to fully vaccinate about 22 children against six deadly childhood diseases or to vaccinate approximately 450 children against measles for example. This is far from being negligible! UNICEF often benefits of immunization campaigns to offer additional services: birth registration, distribution of impregnated mosquito nets to fight against malaria, vitamin A (prevents diseases causing blindness).
Thanks to the children for participating, thank you to parents and other visitors for their donations to Unicef and thank you to teachers for their hospitality!
